Local Marketing That Knows Devon

Local Boom Web Design & SEO was founded by Ed Meredith-Yates, a Devon-based entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on experience building and growing businesses online.

Ed started his career as SEO Manager at one of Devon's largest digital agencies, working across dozens of clients and learning exactly what separates businesses that dominate their market from those that stay invisible. That foundation gave him a deep understanding of what local businesses actually need: not vanity metrics, but more calls, more bookings, and more revenue.

From there, Ed took everything he'd learned and built two six-figure businesses from scratch, without spending a penny on ads. Both businesses proved that the same principles that work for big brands work just as well, often better, when applied with focus and precision.

Along the way, Ed helped friends and family with their local businesses, applying the same strategies to help them rank locally, generate more leads, and compete with businesses twice their size. The results spoke for themselves, and Local Boom Web Design & SEO was born from a desire to offer that same edge to ambitious local businesses across Devon.

Local Boom is a one-person operation. You'll deal with Ed directly, not an account manager or a junior, and that personal touch is something that won't get traded away as it grows.
