Local Boom was founded by Edmund, a Devon-based entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on experience building and growing businesses online.

Edmund started his career as an SEO manager at a digital marketing agency — working across dozens of clients and learning exactly what separates businesses that dominate their market from those that stay invisible. That foundation gave him a deep understanding of what local businesses actually need: not vanity metrics, but more calls, more bookings, and more revenue.

From there, Edmund took everything he'd learned and built two six-figure businesses from scratch — Revive a Bee, a product brand that reached six figures on Amazon FBA, and UK Seed Paper, a six-figure e-commerce business built on organic search and smart digital marketing. Both businesses proved that the same principles that work for big brands work just as well — often better — when applied with focus and precision.

Along the way, Edmund helped friends and family with their local businesses, applying the same strategies to help them rank locally, generate more leads, and compete with businesses twice their size.
